From there, we find the architect and builder who are best suited for the project and work as a team, to create a new home that fits your lifestyle, both functionally and aesthetically, down to the last details.
We will provide specifications for everything from the floor to the ceiling! This includes lighting plans, millwork, flooring, color schemes and furniture layouts for each space as well as specifications for furniture and other furnishings like window treatments, decorative lighting, and artwork. We source from all over the world so the furnishings we bring to your project will be perfectly matched to you.
We will be your advocate throughout the process, to ensure that the design vision is maintained so that at the end of the project, you walk into your dream home!
Professional Office Interior Design

Senior Living Interior Design
Our entry into Senior Living design came from personal experience. Joan Waddell assisted her own mother with downsizing twice: into a patio home and then to Miralea, an independent senior community on the Masonic Home campus in Louisville, KY.
This hands-on experience led to a strong working relationship with Masonic Home, through which we were referred to other residents who needed design advice. We have gained a valuable knowledge base of the unique needs of seniors, with a clear understanding of their concerns and desires as they move into the next phase of their lives. With the success of Miralea, we are now working with new clients who live at The Meadow, the second independent living community on the Masonic Home campus.
What you can expect from our first meeting:

- Follow up with you on a proposed fee to complete the project, including an itemized list of all the services we will provide.
